New Patient Registrationregister_now

We accept new patients from within the Exeter City boundary.

Please see our boundary map to check you reside within our catchment area.

Anyone wishing to register should go to either surgery reception and collect  registration forms. You will be registered with the practice and will be able to see any of the doctors. Forms can also be downloaded from the above "Registering Forms" tab.

The practice has two sites and patients are expected to attend both sites for urgent medical appointments. Please take this into consideration before registering.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration.

You can download a copy of our Practice Leaflet below.

Named GP

The NHS has asked us to make sure that all of our Patients have a “Named Accountable GP”.  Your “Named GP” will ensure that we work with other Health and Care Providers to deliver a health and care package that meets your needs.  Your “Named GP” cannot be available all of the time – so other GPs/Clinicians will continue to support you.  You can still talk to or make appointments to see any of our Doctors or Nurses, not just your “Named GP”.  If you do not know who your “Named GP” is, please ask at Reception.
