You can order prescriptions for medicines that you take regularly if your doctor has given you a printed repeat prescription slip. To re-order simply do one of the following:
- Hand it in to reception having clearly marked the items required.
- Post it to us with a stamped addressed envelope if you want us to post it back to you.
Alternatively you can order your prescription online. Patients new to this service are required to bring photo ID (such as a drivers licence or passport) to the reception. We can then issue you with a user name and password and A Guide to Ordering Your Repeat Prescription Online
This link will take you directly to the Systmonline login page (Please note that it can take up to an hour after your username and password have been generated for you to be able to log in)
Please note, to avoid errors, we do not take prescription requests over the telephone.
